About In-Building Tech

In-Building Tech provides commercial building technology buyers with the information required to make informed internet of things (IoT) technology purchase decisions involving fiber and wireless connectivity, including distributed antenna systems (DAS), public safety and building management systems.

Our target audience consist primary of two types of building technology buyers:

  • Corporate real estate executives (ie tenants within commercial buildings)
  • Commercial building owners, investors, managers, and engineers (ie landlords)

“Smart buildings have been around since the early ’80s when IBM launched a shared computing business which, at the turn of the century, evolved into a shared PBX/voicemail/internet communications business model.”?Jeff Mucci, CEO and Head of Industry Insights and Analysis for In-Building Tech, said. “Today’s smart buildings, enabled with internet of things (IoT) sensors, big data and predictive analytics technologies, are radically transforming the business workplace, while offering building owners new ways to increase net operating income (NOI) while reducing capital and operational expenditures.”
